What is your average processing time?

My processing time is currently 2-3 weeks for sign orders. If you need a rush on your order, simply send me an email – if my schedule allows, I will rush your order to get it to you ASAP.

Do you accept custom orders?

I do accept custom orders, on a limited basis. I have a limited number of custom spots open per month - send me a message to check if there are any spots currently available for the month.

Do you sell wholesale?

I do! Please refer to wholesale page here.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. However, if for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your product, please make sure to let me know and I will make it right with you.

What if a product is damaged during shipping?

In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, all products are shipped with insurance via USPS. I will work with you to file the claim with USPS and get you a replacement product, if desired.

Can I pickup locally?

Of course! Local orders are available for pickup in Judah, IN (between Bloomington and Bedford). Times can be arranged, or watch our Facebook page for the boutique open hours and orders can always be picked up when we're open!
